Frank is a founding partner of the firm. He received his Bachelor of Civil Law in 1978 and his Bachelor of Common Law in 1979 both from McGill University and was awarded the gold medals for the highest academic standing in respect of both degrees. He is a member of the Bars of Quebec and Ontario.
Frank's area of practice is corporate and commercial law. His practice is concentrated primarily in the following areas: business organization, mergers and reorganizations, secured financing, purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, manufacturing, distribution and licensing agreements, international transactions and shareholder disputes.
Frank's clientele consists of businesses operating in a variety of sectors and industries, including the manufacturing sector, the wholesale and retail sectors, the real estate sector, the service industry, the micro-brewing industry, the construction industry and the field of biotechnology.
