Jean-Thomas Desgagniers obtained his Bachelor of Civil Law in 1997 at the University of Montreal.
Jean-Thomas practices principally in the areas of civil and commercial litigation. His experience in litigation matters includes cases involving franchisors and franchisees, landlords and tenants, shareholder disputes, recourses on behalf of secured creditors, latent defects and commercial contractual disputes.
While Jean-Thomas’ practice is based principally in business law, he has also had the opportunity to act as the prosecuting attorney of various Quebec municipalities.
